    When you hear the drop is open (through email or on social media), place your preorder.

  • 2. We ship one limited batch.

    We send a set number of boxes out each month. When a drop is full, we'll sell out. That's it!

  • 3. We ship on a set date.

    We pack your goodies into an insulated, compostable + recyclable cooler with dry ice and ship on the date in your order confirmation.

  • 4. Next drop? Next month.

Why Unrefined?

Real ingredients from start to finish:

We stone-mill whole wheat berries, keeping all the nutrition and flavor of the entire grain intact. Then we pack in as many real fruits and veggies as we possibly can. No powders, "natural" flavors, or concentrates.

Wheat the way it should be:

Whole wheat berries are the original superfood. Yet almost all "wheat flour" you find on grocery store shelves has been stripped of its original nutrition. We source from organic, regenerative family farms, stone-milling the entire grain so our muffins have a complex, nutty flavor.

By changing how we grow, mill, and eat grains (the most ubiquitous crops!), we can build healthier bodies and a more resilient planet.
