All our muffins are made with stone-milled flour (ground organic, regeneratively grown wheat berries grown on Kansas farms), fresh produce, and other whole ingredients. 

Freezer full or prefer to eat right away? We recommend storing in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to consume. REMOVE paper liner BEFORE heating & eating!
