Our muffins are just like what you'd make yourself if you had the time and milled your own flour: 100% stone-milled, organic and regenerative whole grains; whole fruits and veggies; olive oil; spices; and flaxseed. Our Cinnamon Swirl flavor is vegan (egg- and dairy- free). All muffins are produced in a certified peanut- and tree-nut-free facility.

Freezer full? They're truly just like homemade: keep one box on the counter for a couple of days, one in the fridge for a week, and store the rest in the freezer to use as needed. Our muffins are individually packaged if you need to save even more space. Just one note: we're constantly balancing efficiency and customer experience; at this time our individual packages are not labeled by flavor. (But once you get to know the flavors, you'll definitely notice the difference!)

How to enjoy: for kiddos, throw these straight from the freezer into a lunchbox. For a tasty treat, we love storing in the fridge and lightly toasting or air frying with our morning beverage. In even more of a hurry? They're ready with 30 seconds in the microwave straight from the freezer. Just remember: before any heating, remove plastic wrap and muffin liner.

Allergen information: 
Loaded blueberry, cinnamon swirl, and banana bread are all produced in a certified peanut- and tree-nut free facility. Our cinnamon swirl is dairy- and egg-free and produced at the beginning of the shift on Monday mornings following full line cleanings.

Our seasonal flavors are produced in a shared commercial space that is sanitized fully between uses, but we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
